REFUND POLICY

PRINT ANOMALIES OR MATERIAL DEFECTS
If we have made a printing error we will reprint and despatch your order at no further cost to yourselves or initiate a refund on safe return of the printed product. If such a situation arises, please contact us within seven days to discuss preferred option. All refunds are at the discretion of OutboardGraphics.com

INCORRECT DECALS ORDERED
If you have made an error whilst ordering and ordered the wrong item, please the unused decals to us ensuring they are not damaged and upon receipt, we will despatch a replacement.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Please note that as all of our products are custom and printed to order, they are specifically excluded from the 'cooling off period' as defined in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
